Fantastic post. I look forward to a lively discussion on this topic. It’s the proverbial elephant in the room. Not just because of declining results and overall effectiveness but perhaps because there is a need for new way of thinking and doing things differently. Innovation needs to take place and it needs to happen soon. The tried and true from the past just won’t cut it anymore. We need to face this reality… in my opinion.
